Most bands will play up to 3 to 4-hours including breaks and their music is usually a
mix of Scottish, Irish, American and English Ceilidh. The callers provide instructions
throughout on how to do each dance, meaning that novice Ceilidh goers can have just
as much fun as seasoned professionals!
Ceilidh's are quite similar to Barn Dances and some of the groups on our books are
easily able to adapt to cater for these events
